On October 7th at about 2:45pm, the Circle K at 3155 E. Speedway was robbed at gunpoint. On Wednesday, a surveillance photograph of the suspect was sent out on TPD’s Facebook page.
Thanks to an 88-CRIME tip received later in the evening, Robbery Detectives were able to identify 19-year old Joey Morales as the suspect in this incident. He was located at the Pima County Jail on unrelated charges.
Detectives added 1 count of Armed Robbery and 1 count of Aggravated Assault to his current charges.
