Casa Grande Arby’s employee arrested for selling meth

On December 3rd, 2014, the Casa Grande Police Department Narcotics Unit arrested 49 year old Arizona City resident Gregory Copley for Possession and Transportation of Dangerous Drugs for sale.

Over the past month, Detectives were able to identify several sales of Methamphetamine at Copley’s place of employment. Copley is employed at Arby’s, located at 1220 East Florence Boulevard in Casa Grande. The Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant at the business and Copley’s residence in Arizona City. Copley was taken into custody at the Arby’s location.

During the search warrant, Detectives discovered and seized 22 grams of Methamphetamine, a significant amount of cash and a 2010 GMC truck. Copley’s girlfriend, 45 year old Laurelea Reed was also arrested for Possession of Marijuana. Copley and Reed were booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center and all charges have been forwarded to the Pinal County Attorney Office for review.
