Of Course: Court Orders Pro-Life Group To Stop Releasing Videos That Make Planned Parenthood Look Bad
A California court has ordered the pro-life Center for Medical Progress, the group behind a series of videos exposing Planned Parenthood for haggling over the price of aborted baby parts, to desist from released any new footage exposing the practice.
According to a report by Fox News, officials from a company that purchases baby parts from Planned Parenthood were granted a restraining order against CMP, restricting them from releasing new undercover video. At this point, CMP has released three videos showing a series of conversations about how much money Planned Parenthood receives for certain parts of a baby’s aborted body. CMP reportedly has a dozen videos showing something similar. More (bolding is mine): …..
Guest Column: Out of sight, out of mind
Guest column by Heather in West Allis
Out of sight, out of mind. We’ve all heard the expression. It could be the weeds behind our garage. We don’t see behind the garage every day, then suddenly we get a glimpse and realize how bad it is. Out of sight, out of mind. We don’t think about the abandoned (and sometimes abused) animals sitting in shelters until the ASPCA commercials show us the suffering paired with a sad song. Out of sight, out… Well, you get my point. It’s human nature; we react more to that which we see.
That is why these recent hidden camera videos with Planned Parenthood employees are so disturbing to so many, including some who would call themselves pro-choice. We all know that abortions are performed every day. Unless you work in an abortion clinic or work with a pro-life organization, you aren’t confronted with the reality every day. It’s gruesome and most of us put it out of our minds. Some of us never knew that aborted baby “parts” were “harvested” at all. We didn’t know that doctors at Planned Parenthood were manipulating an abortion procedure to collect those organs. Some of us didn’t know that there were order forms for those organs. We didn’t know there were medical professionals picking over human bones searching for intact organs. Some people didn’t even know that aborted babies HAVE organs. (Remember, we’ve been told so many times that those babies are just clumps of cells.) Those realities hit us in the gut when we first watched Dr. Nucatola describe procedures while swilling wine and eating salad.
