A 14-year-old Queen Creek boy was arrested by Sheriff’s deputies today after he used social media to warn his friends not to attend Queen Creek High School Wednesday, intimating there might be a bombing or shooting.
It was all a hoax. No one was injured and school was not endangered. The boy, charged on state statute 13-2925, unlawful conduct resulting in a false impression of a harmful act, a class 4 felony, was arrested and taken to the juvenile detention facility.
