On October 26, 2015, a man shoplifted several items of merchandise at Suprise “Ulta” store located in the area of Grand Avenue and Bell Road in Surprise.
According to a store representative, the suspect was described as a Hispanic male, with black hair, brown eyes, and a black goatee and mustache. The suspect was wearing a long sleeve grey shirt, dark colored pants, and white sneakers at the time of the incident.
After fleeing the store on foot, the suspect was seen getting into a late 2006-2007 white Pontiac four door sedan; unknown license plate.
