On January 8, 2016, a jury convicted Bryan Scott Graff of two counts of sexual assault and kidnapping. Graff dragged a victim into a dark corner on a dirt lot, beat, strangled, and sexually assaulted her. The victim managed to escape and ran to a nearby Circle K half naked covered in blood.
On March 21, 2016, Superior Court Judge Kenneth Lee sentenced Graff to 84 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections.
