
On December 28, 2012, at about 9:00 pm, Pima County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the report of a larceny in progress at a Safeway grocery store near the 4700 block of East Sunrise. It was reported that suspects filled a grocery cart with a variety of alcoholic beverages and left the store without paying for the items.
Security identified the suspects as subjects involved in a separate incident that occurred at a Safeway location in the city just days prior. It was reported that one of the suspects brandished a weapon during that incident.
Patrol units detained four subjects:
Mathew Edward Mullin, age 27
Christopher Michael Comiskey, age 29
Gregory Yohe, age 38
Tamra May Fought, age 35
Reported stolen items were recovered from the vehicle. Pima County detectives discovered that the suspects were shoplifting the items for resale/
All subjects were taken into custody and booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Center for Trafficking in Stolen Property, Organized Retail Theft, Shoplifting, and outstanding warrants. Mathew Mullin, identified as the subject brandishing the weapon in the earlier incident, was also charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
