The Pima County Sheriff’s Department became involved in an investigation of abuse allegations at an in-home day care in the 4100 block of West El Camino Del Cerro. The Crimes Against Children Unit served a search warrant at the residence and 59-year-old Gary Talkington was taken into custody.
Talkington was transported to the Pima County Adult Detention Center and booked on the following charges:
• Sexual Abuse
• Sexual Conduct with a Minor
• Child Molestation
Further investigation continues in the case.
