The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office earlier this morning arrested 20-year-old Adam Justin Hill at his apartment in Glendale after receiving information the he had recently engaged in sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl.
The girl, who had recently met Hill at a Pizza Hut near Glendale Ave and Dysart Rd., said that she ran away from home and went to Hills apartment (6706 N. Dysart Road Apt. #102) on June 1st, seeking refuge.
The teen told Sheriff’s detectives that she and Hill talked for a while about her family issues. Hill then invited the teenager to take a shower with him, and while in the shower the two engaged in sexual intercourse. As the night continued the two engaged in sexual intercourse again in Hills apartment, and then in oral sex.
The 14-year-old then returned home and admitted to her mother what had taken place.
During an interview with Sheriff’s detectives, Hill admitted to knowing that the girl was 14-years-old, and having sexual intercourse with her several times, and engaging in oral sex.
Sheriff’s detectives booked Hill at the 4th Avenue Jail on four counts of sexual conduct with a minor, each a class 2 felony. He is currently in custody without bond.
