Thanks to tips from the public and help from the media, the suspect who stole from Circle K twice in one day, who was featured in the media release sent out on July 23, 2014, has been located and charged!
The suspect has been identified as 39-year-old Nathaniel Francisco. He has been booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex on one count of Larceny Shoplifting, one count of Criminal Damage, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The Pima County Sheriff Department is asking the public for assistance with a crime that occurred on July 16, 2014, at approximately 2:10 a.m., at the Circle K located at 3280 West Valencia Road.
When deputies arrived at the store, they learned a male entered the store and took alcohol from behind the counter.
At approximately 6:00 a.m., deputies responded to the Circle K again because the same suspect entered the store and took beer without paying. The clerk was not injured in either incident.
The suspect is described as:
• Native American male
• 5’08” tall
• Long black hair with a moustache and goatee
• Wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans
Detectives are trying to locate the male involved in the theft from the Circle K. Anyone with information regarding the location and identity of the suspect is urged to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.
