Tucson Police detectives are seeking information on the possible whereabouts of 32-year-old Manuel “Manny” Palma. Palma has an active felony arrest warrant reference three counts of armed robbery.
Palma is described as a Hispanic male, 6’2, 220lbs, with tattoos on both sides of his neck (Female names in cursive). Palma should be considered armed and dangerous.
