On September 1, 2016, a Pima County jury convicted Enrique Guzman-Castro of Aggravated Assault of a Minor Under Fifteen, two counts of Molestation of a Child Under Fifteen, two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor Under Fifteen, and four counts of Sexual Conduct of a Minor Under Fifteen.
Guzman-Castro sexually abused two of his young relatives when they were only eleven and six-years-old.
The victims’ mother learned of the abuse while questioning the eldest victim about her failing grades, she then reported the sexual conduct to authorities.
