In an effort to keep you updated as to what is happening at the Arizona Senate, I am providing information as to what bills are scheduled to be heard in committee for the upcoming week (see bill schedule below).
The reason for this is so that if you find there are bills of interest to you, you now will hopefully have time to comment on them, to come to the Capitol to speak about them, or to simply get involved any way you want.
Far too often I hear from constituents that if they had known a certain bill was being considered, they would like to have had the opportunity to weigh in on it before it was voted on, so hopefully this will solve that issue as well as to help inform you in general.
Please pass this on (or share it on social media) to anyone who you believe would want this information or may deem it useful, especially if you are part of a political club, or organization.
Thank you and God bless!
Steve Smith – Senator – District 11
