Over 30 GOP candidates, including eight of the gubernatorial contestants, are scheduled to participate in the Sun City West Republican Club Candidate’s Forum scheduled from 2-5 p.m. on March 15, in the Webb Room of the Foundations Building, 14465 R H Johnson Blvd, Sun City West.
Each candidate will be given a set amount of time to make a presentation. The audience may submit questions for the candidates, according to Forum Chairman Jan Martinson. The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
Candidates include:
• US House of Representatives: Trent Franks and Clair Van Steenwyk.
• Gubernatorial: Christine Jones, Al Melvin, Alice Lukasik, John Molina, Frank Riggs, Scott Smith, Doug Ducey and Ken Bennett.
• Attorney General: Mark Brnovich and Tom Horne.
• Secretary of State: Michele Reagan, Justin Pierce and Wil Cardon.
• Treasurer: Jeff DeWit and Randy Pullen.
• Superintendent of Public Instruction: Diane Douglas and John Huppenthal.
• Arizona Senate LD22: Judy Burges.
• Arizona House of Representatives LD22: David Livingston and Phil Lovas.
• Arizona Corporation Commission: Bonnie Katz, Doug Little, Lucy Mason and Tom Forese.
• Arizona Clerk of Courts: Michael Jeans.
• Maricopa County Board of Supervisors: Sandra Dowling and Clint Hickman.
• Maricopa County Health Care District #4: Robert Blendu and Elbert ‘Bick’ Bicknell
• Maricopa County Community College District #4 Board: Jean McGrath.
• Maricopa County Community College Dist #4 Members-at-Large: Tracy Livingston and John Heep.
