Mesa Police Department investigators are investigating an apparent murder/suicide involving an adult male and adult female in the south parking lot of Poston Jr. High School on Sunday mid-morning.
The incident does not involve any school functions or personnel.
According to police, they found an injured, unresponsive female and male in a car that was first reported by concerned neighbors..
The woman was transported to a hospital but soon pronounced dead at the hospital. The male was dead in the vehicle when police arrived.
Police are working on identifying the two deceased adults.
