The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office believes the deaths of Lawrence Reed, age 46, and Sandra Kualls, age 41, in Fountain Hills to be a ‘murder-suicide’. Detectives believe Reed used a gun to shoot Kualls and then to shoot himself.
The investigation remains under investigation at this time.
On the morning of July 22, just before 11 a.m. a delivery man was delivering a package when he arrived at the home on Centipede and noticed a body laying outside the home’s front entrance door. The door to the home was open, and another body was seen laying inside the home.
