This picture was too hard to resist, and while the sight of Pima County Supervisor Ray Carroll in the back of a cop car is delightful, it isn’t exactly what we had hoped for. Instead Carroll is probably going to be hiding out in the basement of one of the many empty County-owned properties collecting a hefty salary while doing as little as he has done for years. He knew he could not survive a race, so the good-ol-boys convinced him to sit on the sidelines and sent in a guy just like him, but a little smarter. See ya around Sugar Ray!
